SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates As standard procedure we offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for time-sensitive orders
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent beekeeping supply needs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Forked Deer Bee Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@fdbeesupply.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. For lost shipments, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Large or Heavy Items Some beekeeping equipment (such as hive bodies, honey extractors, or bulk orders) may require freight shipping. We'll contact you with a freight quote before processing these orders.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States at this time.
